"I sign up for car insurance and all was great .until One day I login in to the app and my policy was gone from the main page so I called State Farm and was told all was good . The next day I went to the mail box and I had two letter in the mail that stated my policy was canceled. No one from the office every contacted me . But they sure contacted me to sign certain documents for the policy and when I called they told me oh that was their mistake they forgot to contact me!!! Please there lairs !! This is the worst company I’ve ever seen !!! I was driving around with no insurance and they did not even tell me that they canceled their policy!!"

They have an excuse for everything they do wrong and feel it's appropriate to have an attitude with the customer, when they are caught being untruthful or misinforming their customers. I will be going to the insurance commissioner and the BBB on this office for their unethical and unprofessional behavior."

"Been for many many years and suddenly my rate are going up! They cant explain and been straight forwad. Beacon is useless! Been told that the beacon will lower the insurance. Never jad an accident nor speeding ticket but insurance gradually going up! Watch out theyre pretty sneaky! If i were find a back up insurance."
